Meet Gianna & Larissa

The mother-and-daughter team behind Kimberley Local

We're Gianna and Larissa — a mother-and-daughter team based in Broome, Western Australia. Kimberley Local is our family business, and helping visitors discover this part of the world is something we genuinely love doing.

When you get in touch with us, you're speaking directly with one of us — not a call centre, not a booking algorithm. We take the time to understand what you're looking for and give you honest advice based on real local knowledge.

Our connection to Broome & the Kimberley

We've spent years living, working and exploring throughout Broome and the Kimberley. This region is our home, and our knowledge of it comes from genuine experience — not a brochure.

The Kimberley is one of Australia's most extraordinary places, but it can also be one of the most overwhelming to plan. Knowing which tours are worth it, when to travel, what the roads are actually like, and which experiences are genuinely special — that's the kind of insight we bring to every conversation.

From Cable Beach and Gantheaume Point to the Dampier Peninsula, the Gibb River Road and the Horizontal Falls, we know the region well and we're happy to share what we know.

How we can help
