See the highlights and history of Broome. Learn about the outback town’s unique heritage and current colourful alfresco lifestyle and relax with a glass of sparkling and a delightful Cable Beach sunset at the end of the day (with an optional Sunset Camel Ride).

Enjoying a full commentary, we begin in Chinatown hearing fascinating stories of this colourful precinct. Learn about the ancient art of pearling from one of the local pearl producers, Cygnet Bay, and enjoy a historical sound show at the famous Sun Pictures, the worlds oldest operating open air picture garden (now listed in the Guinness World Records).

We take a drive through Old Broome to view typical Broome architecture and old Pearling Masters homes then view the aqua waters of Roebuck Bay at Town Beach and learn of Broome’s One Day War. We then stop at Matsos Broome Brewery to sample their hand made ales and famous ginger beer (complimentary tasting included). Afterwards, visit the tranquil Japanese Cemetery and take an easy paced walk at Gantheaume Point known for dinosaur footprints and the story of Anastasia’s Pool.

Those who have chosen a Sunset Camel Ride will then head north of the rocks to meet their camel for this iconic Broome experience. Those who have chosen the Sparkling Sunset option will drive down onto Cable Beach for sunset (subject to beach conditions). Relax and enjoy a stroll, swim or light refreshments (included) as you watch the sun disappear into the horizon.

A drop off to your accommodation is provided or you may like to enjoy a cocktail or dinner at one of the nearby cafes at approximately 6.00 pm.

We take you to Broome’s three most popular parks and tourist destinations starting at the 12 Mile Bird Park and Petting Zoo, enjoying tastings and refreshments, and produce at The Mango Place and finish up at the famous BROOME MUST DO feeding time tour at the Malcolm Douglas Crocodile and Wildlife Park. Park 1.  12 Mile Bird Park and Petting Zoo

The amazing bird park which is home to over 600 birds and 80 species.  This fantastic collection of Australian native & exotic birds love an audience. Just walk away and out will come their personalities, chat, dance or performance.  Such a delightful serene tour until the birds want to chat and talk!  And check out the brand new Petting Zoo!

Park 2.   The Mango Place

Then, we'll head to a quiet and relaxing tour of The Mango Place famous for their fantastic range of tasty & unique mango products while sampling their award winning wines and exploring their completely natural range of products.  They offer lunch specials like Beef and Mango Pies and Wood Fired Pizza's and Home-made ice-cream.

Park 3.     The Malcolm Douglas Crocodile and Wildlife Park

Here, in a natural environment you can learn all about these prehistoric reptiles as you as you join the famous feeding tour. A  Broome must do tour. "The best place in Australia to view large and some rogue crocodiles alike!"

A great afternoon tour taking in the highlights of Broome, providing an insight into the heritage of this charming town and colourful alfresco lifestyle.

Beginning in Chinatown with fascinating stories of this multi-cultural precinct, we visit Sun Pictures, the world’s oldest operating picture gardens. Next it’s on to the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm Town Experience to hear all about the history of pearling in Broome, before heading through Old Broome and past the old Pearling Masters’ homes. At Town Beach, learn of Broome’s One Day War then stop at Matso’s Breweryto taste their hand made ales and famous ginger beer or visit one of the local arts & craft galleries nearby. Then visit the Japanese Cemetery and Broome Port before arriving at Gantheaume Point, known for dinosaur footprints and Anastasias Pool.

We then head down to Cable Beach for a quick dip or alternatively, take a wander along the beautiful golden sands and enjoy the scenery. As the sun sets over the water, enjoy some light refreshments and nibbles and watch the sun sink slowly under the horizon. A drop off to your hotel is included or why not stay at Cable Beach to enjoy dinner at one of the many cafes? Perhaps a soothing cocktail at the Cable Beach Club sunset bar; a perfect ending to a beautiful afternoon.
