RETURNS + REFUNDS

  • We refund ALL full priced items that are returned in their original condition.
  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and packaging to eligible for either a refund or store credit
  • Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
  • Kimberley Local reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.


Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Kimberley Local.
Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed during holiday periods.
You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or AfterPay account that the payment had originally come from.


***Please note if there may be an issue with your original payment type, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at accounts@kimberleylocal.com.au in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to Kimberley Local not being notified are completely out of our control and Kimberley Local will not be held accountable.
